• Senior Project Engineer, (Execution)

  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project execution activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical presentations.
  • Support procurement activities and vendor coordination.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering guidance to project teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.

  Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree is an added advantage.
  • 8–15 years of relevant project engineering or project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, project execution, and construction methodologies.
  • Experience in infrastructure, construction, industrial, or engineering projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
